Arrowglow: Zen Escape is the iOS name for the mobile puzzle game previously listed on Android as Arrow Grid: Zen Escape. This policy covers the same local-first puzzle app behavior.

The game does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide sensitive personal information to play.

Information stored on your device

The app stores gameplay progress locally on your device, including level progress, completed or skipped levels, coins, boosters, settings, daily challenge streaks, tutorial status, purchase entitlement state, and cached configuration. You can reset local progress from the app settings.

Online features and remote configuration

If your device is online, the app may fetch remote configuration, daily challenge settings, and a message of the day. The game is designed to continue working with bundled local configuration if online services are unavailable.

Ads and optional purchases

Arrowglow: Zen Escape may show optional rewarded ads and limited ads at natural breaks. Advertising partners such as Google may process device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and advertising data according to their own policies and your consent choices where required. Optional purchases can provide coins, boosters, or an ad-control upgrade. Purchases are processed by Apple on iOS.

Data not requested by the app

The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, videos, health data, financial information, or account credentials.
