Privacy Policy
Block Garden Blast: Zen Puzzle does not require an account. Progress, coins, boosters, settings, and daily streaks are stored locally on your device.
The app may show optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads at natural breaks. Advertising partners may process device and advertising data according to their own policies. Remote configuration may be fetched when online, but the game remains playable offline.
The app does not request sensitive personal data, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos. The app is not directed to children.
Apple and regional privacy choices
Apple’s tracking permission is requested before Google’s consent and advertising flow starts. Declining does not block play or free recovery, and the advertising identifier is unavailable to the app when permission is denied. iPhone ad requests are non-personalized. Google may still process permitted data for limited advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, subject to your choices and applicable requirements. Apple’s permission, Google’s privacy options, and usage analytics are separate choices.
Optional usage analytics
Versions with the Help improve Block Garden setting let you choose whether to send usage analytics. This setting is off by default and is separate from advertising consent. Declining does not change your progress, rewards, purchases, or access to the game.
When you enable it, the app creates a random identifier for this installation and random session and event identifiers. It sends the app version, platform, session starts, level outcomes, retries, and optional recovery and ad events to FUTURISTIC's existing hosting service. Ad measurement can include the amount reported for an impression, its currency, and the reporting precision. We keep currencies separate; these reports are estimates, not your purchases or our financial accounts.
The same consent allows a limited comparison of recovery wording. We record which wording was shown and whether players chose recovery or continued playing. This comparison does not change puzzle difficulty, rewards, prices, or ad frequency. These records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The analytics endpoint does not accept names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, contacts, purchase tokens, or board traces.
Analytics storage and deletion
In the active analytics database, an hourly cleanup removes raw events older than 30 days. The server stores a game-specific hash of the installation identifier and a hash of a random deletion token. Turning off Help improve Block Garden stops collection, clears unsent events, and requests deletion of previously sent events. If offline, the app retains only the credentials needed to retry deletion and shows Usage data deletion pending until it succeeds. Your game save and purchases are preserved.
After deletion, minimal hashed records remain for 30 days to reject delayed resends. Our hosting provider may process normal connection data, including IP addresses, in its operational logs. The game analytics service does not record IP addresses or request bodies in application logs. For access or deletion questions, contact support@futuristic.ro.
