Delete your Sand Parade online profile

Sand Parade is published by FUTURISTIC SRL. Campaign play needs no account. Last updated: October 6, 2026. This page explains deletion of the optional online profile used for Daily competition and Friends.

Delete it in the game

1. Open Sand Parade and go to Home → Settings → Online profile.
2. Choose Delete online profile and confirm.

The game requests deletion of Daily scores, attempt records, shared challenge links, friend-code directory entries, friendships, pending gifts, and online gift receipts, then deletes the Unity Authentication account. A minimal deletion marker containing a one-way hash of the old player ID remains indefinitely to prevent delayed requests from recreating the deleted online profile or its competitive data. It contains no name, friend code, relationships, gift inventory, or receipt history. You can continue playing the local campaign.

You can also open Friends → Save or manage your profile to reach the same deletion option. If you linked Sign in with Apple, the server revokes its authorization before reporting deletion complete. If that step fails, retry deletion when online.

Request deletion without the game

Email contact@futuristic.ro with the subject “Sand Parade online profile deletion”. Include your generated online name and friend code if available, the date of a recent Daily result or challenge code if available, and whether you used Android or iPhone. Do not send a password or payment details. We may ask for more information to identify your profile and avoid deleting someone else’s. We will confirm when the request has been handled.

What remains

Your device’s campaign save, stars, local scores, settings, collectibles, coins, lives, and booster supplies are separate from the Daily profile and stay on that device. They can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it, subject to any device backup. Store purchase and accounting records are handled by Apple or Google and FUTURISTIC SRL according to their applicable retention obligations. Unity, Google, Apple, and our website host may keep limited operational records under their own policies.

Delete analytics data without deleting your Daily profile

Turn off future usage analytics in Settings → Privacy. To request deletion of earlier analytics data while keeping your Daily profile, email contact@futuristic.ro with the subject “Sand Parade analytics deletion”. Include the approximate dates you played and your device platform so we can help locate the data; we may ask for more information to verify the request.
