Privacy Policy
How the Android and iOS editions handle data and optional online services.
Who is responsible
The data controller is FUTURISTIC SRL, CUI 49637694, J08/607/2024, Romania, with its registered office at Str. Lebedei 27, Bl. B56, Et. 5, Ap. 27, Brasov. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@futuristic.ro.
Offline play and local progress
No game account is required. Campaign progress, settings, earned rewards, daily progress, collection or companion unlocks, and any purchase entitlements are stored locally on your device. Core gameplay remains available offline and without watching an ad. Uninstalling the game or using its reset option may remove local progress. The game does not upload campaign saves to a FUTURISTIC cloud-save service.
Optional advertising
Releases with advertising use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). On iOS, the current updates offer optional rewarded videos; there are no banner, interstitial, or app-open ads. Some Android editions may also show interstitials at natural breaks. A rewarded bonus is granted only after the provider reports that its reward requirement was completed. If a video is unavailable or you choose not to watch, normal free play remains available.
Information handled by advertising providers
Google and its advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers when permitted, IP addresses and the coarse location inferred from them, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash reports, performance information, and other SDK diagnostics. These data support ad delivery, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and service operation. We do not request precise location permission. Ad-provider processing may involve combining permitted identifiers or ad data with information from other apps or websites for advertising measurement. We do not operate a separate data-broker integration or sell campaign saves.
Your Apple and regional privacy choices
On iOS, releases that request access to the advertising identifier present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choice before Google’s consent or ad setup. You can choose Ask App Not to Track and continue playing. Declined or restricted authorization does not grant access to the advertising identifier. The iOS updates request non-personalized ads. Google’s regional consent form is a separate choice and may appear after Apple’s choice. Where required, use Ad privacy choices in Settings to review or withdraw Google consent. Android advertising ID controls and Apple tracking controls are also available in device Settings. Ad availability can depend on your choices and the provider’s response.
Purchases, where offered
Some platform editions offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play or Apple’s App Store. The platform store processes payment; we do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase results and entitlements may be stored locally to deliver what you bought. Products and prices appear only when available from the relevant store.
Other device data and permissions
The game does not require your name, email, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or precise location. Internet access is used for enabled ads, consent, store services, and links you choose to open. Contacting support voluntarily shares the information in your message; please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
Providers, retention and international processing
Google and the platform stores operate their own services and may process information outside your country. Their retention and processing practices are described in their policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s advertising information, and Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures. Local gameplay data stays on your device until it is reset, replaced through normal play, or removed. We do not promise that uninstalling the game deletes records held by an independent store or ad provider.
Children and privacy requests
The game is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, or wish to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, or other applicable privacy rights, contact contact@futuristic.ro. For information controlled directly by a platform store or advertising provider, that provider may also need to handle your request.
Platform differences and updates
Android and iOS editions can have different gameplay, stores, and optional online features. The information above describes those differences; an offline edition does not begin sending ad data merely because the policy describes an advertising-enabled edition.
