We do not use marketing cookies or sell data. This notice explains what reaches us through the form, assistant, diagnostic, and minimal site measurement.
Data controller

Data you can submit
The form can include your name, company, email, project type and stage, rough budget, preferred timing, and message. The assistant and diagnostic can receive questions and context about your need. Do not send passwords, API keys, banking data, or system credentials.
Why we use it
We use the data to assess and respond to an enquiry and to protect the forms against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling requests concerning a possible business relationship.
Where it goes
Confirmed enquiries are kept in the website's private storage and notify contact@futuristic.ro. They are not published, sold, or used for advertising.
Assistant and diagnostic
The assistant runs on our server and uses a limited allowlist of approved FUTURISTIC information. Normal conversations are not retained as transcripts. For abuse prevention, we keep only minimal technical data, anonymous identifiers, and block reasons. An enquiry reaches the team only after you explicitly choose to submit it.
Minimal measurement
We keep simple events: action clicks, diagnostic steps and completion, assistant opens, form starts, validation errors, project type, budget range, and form submission. We store event type, date, route, language, coarse device type, and hashed identifiers. We do not store message text in events and do not store raw IP addresses.
Session-scoped campaign attribution
If you arrive through a link with campaign parameters, the first source, medium, campaign, term, and content are kept in sessionStorage, together with the landing path and a referrer reduced to a path or origin. These values populate the form only for the current session. We do not use cookies or persistent storage for attribution and do not retain the full page query.
Cookies and technical sessions
We do not use marketing cookies. The form and assistant use technical sessions required for CSRF protection, abuse limits, and the requested flow.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete data sent through the form. Email contact@futuristic.ro and identify the information concerned.
