How we use the data you choose to send us.
We do not sell data or use marketing cookies. Email verification, optional updates, and assessment requests serve separate purposes.

Data controller
The data controller is FUTURISTIC SRL, CUI 49637694, J08/607/2024, registered office at Brașov, Str. Lebedei 27, Bl. B56, Et. 5, Ap. 27.
Data you can submit
The form can include your name, company, email, project type and stage, rough budget, preferred timing, and message. Do not send passwords, API keys, banking information, or system credentials.
Why we use it
We use the data to assess and answer an enquiry and to protect forms and the scanner against abuse. For a business enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps you requested before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to a genuine commercial request.
Where enquiries go
Enquiries you choose to submit are kept in the website's private storage. The system also attempts to send a notification to contact@futuristic.ro. A regular enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates.
External website review
The scanner uses the website address you enter for passive checks of public information. The anonymous result is a summary and does not expose raw content retrieved from the website. The domain, scan state, and normalized findings may be retained temporarily to limit abuse, avoid repeated checks, and prepare the report.
1. Company-email verification
To open the detailed report, we ask for a company email associated with the reviewed site and confirmation that you administer the site or have the company's permission. This confirmation allows access only to the passive report; it does not authorize security testing. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and a short-lived code to prevent abuse. The verified email is encrypted and kept for no more than two hours, only for the report and any assessment request you make. Technical abuse-prevention records may be retained for up to seven days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service and providing the requested report.
2. Optional marketing updates
Subscription is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. We record it only after you select the option and verify the company email. We keep the encrypted email, company domain, and consent evidence: the accepted statement and version, language, and confirmation date. The legal basis is your consent and the rules that apply to commercial email. We retain an active subscription for up to 24 months from the latest consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in future messages. After withdrawal, we keep a minimal suppression record for up to 36 months, without a plain-text email, to prevent accidental re-enrolment. Running the scanner does not subscribe you.
3. Requesting an assessment
You can explicitly ask FUTURISTIC to contact you about an authorized technical assessment from the report. This works without marketing consent. We keep the encrypted verified email, domain, report identifier, a bounded summary of the observations, and evidence of your request. We retain it for up to 12 months unless the conversation leads to a contract or a legal obligation requires a different period. An assessment request is not marketing consent.
Optional report explanation
After email verification, normalized technical findings may be sent to an external provider for a plain-language explanation. We do not send the email address, raw page content, complete headers, raw DNS values, or instructions retrieved from the reviewed site. The report remains available if the explanation cannot be prepared.
Service providers
We use hosting and transactional-email services, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection, and an external provider for the optional result explanation. Each provider receives only the data needed for its service, under the applicable agreements and policies.
Minimal measurement
We may record simple events such as action clicks, form starts, validation errors, and form submission. For each event, we keep the date, route, language, coarse device type, and hashed identifiers. We do not include message text or store raw IP addresses.
Session-scoped campaign attribution
If you arrive through a link with campaign parameters, the first source, medium, campaign, term, and content are kept in sessionStorage. We also keep the landing path. From the referring page, we retain only the domain or path, not the full address. These values populate the form only for the current session.
Cookies and technical sessions
We do not use marketing cookies. The form and scanner use technical sessions required for CSRF protection, abuse limits, email verification, and private report access.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete submitted data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before that point. Email contact@futuristic.ro and identify the information concerned.
