The data controller is FUTURISTIC SRL, CUI 49637694, J08/607/2024, registered office in Brașov, Str. Lebedei 27, Bl. B56, Et. 5, Ap. 27.
What you can send
Through the form, you can send your name, company, email address, project type, project stage, rough budget, preferred timing and message. Through the site assistant, you can send questions about the company, services or projects. Please do not send passwords, card details, API keys or other sensitive information through the form or assistant.
Why we ask for this data
So we can understand exactly what you want to build, give you a straight answer, and keep spam out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in processing incoming messages for a potential business collaboration.
Where it is kept
Confirmed requests reach FUTURISTIC's internal contact channel and are used for review and reply. The form and site assistant send a notification to the company address, contact@futuristic.ro. The data is not published, sold or used for advertising.
Site assistant
The assistant runs on our server and answers from public FUTURISTIC information. We do not send conversations to external chat or text-generation services. Normal conversations are not kept as transcripts. To prevent abuse, we keep minimal technical data such as anonymous identifiers, usage limits and block reasons. Project requests sent explicitly by the visitor reach the FUTURISTIC team for review and reply.
Cookies
We do not use marketing cookies. The form and site assistant may use technical sessions needed to protect against fake submissions. These sessions are necessary for the site to work.
Your rights
You can always ask us to access, correct, or delete the data you sent via the form. Just email us at contact@futuristic.ro and let us know what you need.
