CakeKit 0.9.0 beta: Premium features can be reviewed locally, while accounts, OTP, Revolut, and Apple/Google purchase reporting are disabled. No real payment is accepted. Commercial sections describe the planned model for a later, separately authorised activation. This document remains under legal review and does not authorise a public production release.
The Romanian version governs the interpretation of the CakeKit documents, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
What CakeKit is
CakeKit is a Romanian and English app for organising cake orders locally: customers, calendars, photos, quotations, payments, price and quantity calculations, shopping lists, inspiration, reminders, and manual backup. Romanian is the primary and fallback language. V1 uses RON only.
Local model
Business data stays on the device. There is no CakeKit account for orders, customers, or photos and no CakeKit cloud sync, backup, or media service. Only Premium purchase and restore use a minimal email-based online service. CakeKit has no ads or behavioural analytics in V1.
Free and Premium
CakeKit is a free download. Free access retains useful functions with limits shown in the app. CakeKit Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks the complete app. TORTURI LTD sells Premium through Revolut Business; Apple and Google receive mandatory external-purchase reports when the program and storefront are eligible.
