CakeKit 0.9.0 beta: Premium features can be reviewed locally, while accounts, OTP, Revolut, and Apple/Google purchase reporting are disabled. No real payment is accepted. Commercial sections describe the planned model for a later, separately authorised activation. This document remains under legal review and does not authorise a public production release.
The Romanian version governs the interpretation of the CakeKit documents, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

What to include
Tell us your CakeKit version, phone model, operating-system version, selected language, and the steps that led to the problem. For Premium, use the purchase-account email and a safe order reference if available. Do not send customer names, phone numbers, addresses, notes, or photos unless strictly necessary and you have the right to share them.
Payment and refunds
The one-time Premium payment is collected by TORTURI LTD through Revolut Business. Apple/Google do not process this payment, although they may receive mandatory external-purchase reports. If CakeKit shows “Verifying payment…”, returning from Hosted Checkout is not proof of payment; refresh or contact support. For a refund or unauthorised payment, include the date, amount, and reference, never full card details.
Restoring Premium
Choose “Restore access” and verify the email used for purchase. Restoring Premium is separate from business data. It does not restore orders, customers, or photos.
Local data and backup
CakeKit does not store orders and photos on a server. Export and verify a backup regularly. If you lose the phone, data can be recovered only from a backup you exported. TORTURI LTD, FUTURISTIC SRL, Revolut, Apple, and Google do not hold a copy of your CakeKit business data.

CakeKit is technically developed and published on the App Store and Google Play by FUTURISTIC SRL, Romanian tax ID 49637694, Trade Register J08/607/2024. For a strictly technical publishing issue, email contact@futuristic.ro. FUTURISTIC does not receive Revolut payments for Premium.
