CakeKit 0.9.0 beta: Premium features can be reviewed locally, while accounts, OTP, Revolut, and Apple/Google purchase reporting are disabled. No real payment is accepted. Commercial sections describe the planned model for a later, separately authorised activation. This document remains under legal review and does not authorise a public production release.
The Romanian version governs the interpretation of the CakeKit documents, to the extent permitted by mandatory law. This language choice does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Technical developer and Apple/Google publisher: FUTURISTIC SRL, Romanian tax ID 49637694, Trade Register J08/607/2024. FUTURISTIC does not receive Revolut customer payments.
The service
CakeKit is a local tool for organising cake orders, calculations, quotations, payments, shopping, photos, and reminders. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or food-safety advice and does not issue tax invoices.
Free and Premium
The free version includes both calculators, up to 3 active non-cancelled orders, one active shopping list, up to 5 private inspiration photos, the sample gallery, and local sharing and reminders for permitted orders. Reaching a limit prevents only additional creation; existing records remain readable.
CakeKit Premium removes those creation limits and includes complete customer, order, quotation, and payment history; lists and private photos without a fixed commercial cap beyond practical device capacity; favourites; the full gallery; saved prices; and every local reminder option. Premium is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The RON price is supplied by the server and shown before Hosted Checkout; these terms do not set a fixed price.
Purchase account, installation, and transfer
Free use requires no account. Buying and restoring Premium uses an email- and OTP-based purchase account that is separate from business data. By default, the entitlement permits one active Premium installation. Activating a new phone requires email verification and a controlled access transfer; the earlier installation may lose Premium after it next reconciles with the server.
The transfer does not move or delete business data from the old phone. Orders, customers, and photos move separately only through a .ckbackup file exported and imported by the user.
External-purchase eligibility
Purchase is shown only when the storefront, device, program, and Apple or Google configuration permit it. In the Romanian iOS storefront, the route requires StoreKit eligibility, Apple's system notice, tokens, and reporting, and does not coexist with Apple In-App Purchase in the same storefront. On Android in Romania, the route requires EEA alternative-billing-only eligibility, Google's information dialog, an external token, and reporting within the required deadline. If a condition is missing, the free app remains available and purchase is disabled.
Payment, confirmation, and refunds
TORTURI LTD sells Premium and receives payment through its Revolut Business Merchant account. Revolut processes the payment. Returning to the app does not grant access; the server must verify the final completed status. For payment, refunds, unauthorised transactions, or disputes, contact TORTURI LTD at contact@elenacodita.ro. Refunds follow mandatory law, the Revolut process, and applicable Apple/Google duties. A refund may revoke Premium without deleting local business data.
Local data and backup
Business records and photos stay on the device. CakeKit does not provide cloud sync or recovery for them. You choose the backup destination from the storage providers shown by the phone's system file picker and are responsible for exporting, keeping, and verifying .ckbackup files. CakeKit neither operates nor controls the selected provider. Support cannot reconstruct lost local data without your backup.
Your responsibilities
Check all calculations, prices, quantities, allergens, food-safety requirements, messages, deadlines, and promises to customers. Use only images and content you own or have permission to use. CakeKit does not guarantee a business result or take over your obligations to customers.
Reminders, availability, and compatibility
Local reminders are aids and can be affected by permissions, battery saving, time-zone or clock changes, and device availability. They are not guaranteed. Compatibility may require future updates; unlimited maintenance or support for every device is not promised.
Mandatory rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms and privacy policy may change when features, providers, or duties change; the version and date will be updated together. Contractual governing law and jurisdiction still need legal confirmation before publication.
